"Didn't show up for the scheduled installation TWICE (both times after having reconfirmed & knowing that I was driving 3hrs each way specifically for this appointment). Customer service at the Albany location was thoroughly unhelpful, without even an apology for the inconvenience. They don't seem to be able to handle basic logistics or train employees in customer service. Sales tactics were also cringe-worthy (a VERY deep discount when I said the quoted price wasn't in budget and pressure that they could only honor that price for one day ) and prices even with the "discount" were very high in comparison to other companies, but I was willing to look past that for what seemed like a better product. I don't have further time to waste on rescheduling so will look elsewhere. I suggest you do the same."

"I had covers installed on my gutters, which work great! But I came on day from work and the gutter in the front of my house had pulled away and was hanging. I called leaf filter know my problem had nothing to do with them. Then somebody come out 3 days later, he inspected the situation and figured out what had happened. He waived the fee I was quoted when I made the initial call, and fixed the problem at no charge…every time I deal with them it’s always an unexpected pleasure! I knew going in, then it had nothing to do with the installation of the covers on my gutters, because that was done almost a year ago. And yet he figured out what the issue was fixed it and still waive the fee when it had nothing to do with what they had initially done. That kind of services hard to come by! And when I do replace my gutters, which will be here within the next couple of years. I will be calling them because I trust them! When you have trust you hope everything keep up the good work."
