"They show up when they are expected. They are bonded and insured and I don't have to deal with their personal problems...all very business-like and professional. There are 3 and sometimes 4 workers and they are gone in a little over an hour. They bring all their own equipment and cleaners (cloths, mop heads, etc.) and are clean for each home, cleaning products and good. The downside is that they are expensive. Some teams are better than others."

"There is nothing better than coming home to a freshly cleaned house. While they can customize the service you are looking for, I have them primarily focus on the floors, bathrooms and dusting. I do take as much off the floor as possible in order for them to vacuum underneath some furniture and I have all the toiletries put away in the bathrooms to ensure an even cleaning job. For the monthly visit and price I am grateful for their service. Thank you!"

"I have been a satisfied customer of The Maids for the past 5 years, and I highly recommend their service. The team of 4 is unfailingly cheerful, efficient, and reliable. I was especially happy that they were willing to clean for me during the worst of the pandemic. (They wore booties & masks, did regular cleaning as well as disinfecting critical areas such as door knobs, faucets, and light switches.)"

"We've used The Maids for nearly 10 years and, especially over the last two-three years, have had an excellent experience. Some points: -They show up on time, are courteous and professional and work hard (one day my husband noticed them dust-vacuuming the wall of our three-season room!) -Being a team of four, they get in and out quickly. -I have no pets, but do have children. It's nice that even if the team comes when my kids are home, it's not as if they're here all day with my kids in their way. --I like how one team member is solely focused on the kitchen. -We've gotten to the point I am OK with them being in the house, even if we are not home. -The one time they accidentally broke something, the team left a note and the manager contacted me immediately to apologize and offered to pay for/replace it (it was a small figure with a Christmas nativity -- nothing major). -I like that our relationship is professional, so if I DO ever have an issue or concern I don't feel like I am critiquing a friend, which was the case when we had an independent cleaner for years -- who slowly got less and less predictable with her work and her quality. -My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that their staff is slim (like everywhere) so they aren't able to come more often. (We have them once a month, but would welcome them every two weeks.)"

"The team of 4 were very professional and came in and got right to work. They did a fabulous job! It was an initial clean so it was a little more involved than a standard weekly or biweekly cleaning and I would definitely recommend them to friends."
