Our garage beam was damaged (rotted) due to 20-years of water leaking behind the window above the garage door. JCS Builders determined the problem contacted their engineering firm and created the PE sealed drawing within days to properly replace the wooden beam with an I Beam welded plate design. JCS Builders explained each stage of the job to re-insure me that all steps were taken to prevent the brick front from cracking.
