"I stopped at Auto Zone today because I ran over a crushed traffic cone on Walnut Avenue and it was stuck near the front passenger tire. A lovely young employee grabbed a very long handled squeegee and we went out to the car. She tried to push it out with the handle but it wouldn’t move. She grabbed it in both hands and gave it three big pulls and freed it from the bottom of the car ! I was so grateful and tried to give her a small token of appreciation. She repeatedly refused.
