"Was very excited to pick up my new us general 56” rolling cart and the store manager complained that we came in a van instead of a truck. Said he won’t help us lift anything 56” or larger and left us there to figure it out. Coming from Canada we couldn’t call a friend or do anything else leaving 2 guys (one senior) to lift a 600 pound box without any help. I am beyond disappointed and really wish Nick could’ve helped us handle this situation better."

"From the moment you enter the store, you are greeted with a hello. A huge variety of tools to be had at very good prices. I don’t usually like walking through tool stores but I don’t mind this one. I’m actually the one who introduced my husband to this store. Now every we are near one we have to check it out."

"I've been to a lot of Harbor Freights over the years and while this store has lots of inventory compared to the smaller stores the management sucks and you can tell even the employees dislike the manager. While perusing I overheard him lecturing the employee he's there for engagement not customer service... Clearly neither is the manager based on my interaction with him where I decided to visit my local store rather than deal with him and his nonsense over a simple return of an unopened item purchased a few days prior."

"Store was well-stocked, clean, and the layout was sensible - auto supplies to the far right and everything else to the left. Associates were helpful, made eye contact, and were busy throughout my visit. The items I purchased were competitively priced. It was also a quick trip compared to visiting a larger hardware store, such as, Home Depot or Lowe’s."

"Ordered a jack. It came with 3 wheels?! Called them and they said they don’t supply the wheels?! I need the jack for a project that already has taken too long. I went to Princess Auto and found a wheel. It was also missing a nut and a bolt. See my pics. The jack also look used or worn as it was dirty and the box was damaged. Very disappointed."
