"Had Bob out from B&P to address a cronick water leak in my chimney during high volume wind driven rain storms. After several discussions he came up with a weather tight chimney cap upgrade. Had it installed. Had 4.50 inches of wind driven rain this past Sunday. I am dry as a bone. Well done Bob. If you're looking for a Chimney Sweep. "B&P Chimney were spectacular! We called on Tuesday to have one of our chimneys capped and they were able to come the same week for an estimate. To our surprise, they were able to cap our chimney the same day as our estimate and suggested we have our other chimney capped (which was in bad condition) for a very reasonable price. "TL;DR: They don't want your business. They are too busy to take on new customers. The customer service was terrible. I called to have a technician evaluate my chimney box for a full rebuild. The technician came out on a Monday and promised to provide a quote that afternoon. However, after waiting for 4 days and making 3 phone calls, I finally managed to reach someone who then informed me that they needed to come out again to inspect the firebox. They acknowledged that someone should have contacted me earlier but blamed their busy season for the delay."

"I was recommended B&P by Anthony from World Class, since I was out of his service area. I'm so thankful to both companies, as B&P turned out to be TOP NOTCH!! They came out to inspect and clean 2 of my chimneys, climbing up on the steep roofs even in the pouring rain! I had been quoted a ridiculous price by an unscrupulous firm for possible work, and both World Class & B&P both quoted me a price about 1/2 as much, and told me how the other price was a rip off!
