"Worse cleaning experience ever!!! If I could give this Company 0 STARS, I would, but I can't so I gave them 1 star instead. I NEVER booked a cleaning service where the cleaner arrived and refused to clean. This particular cleaning Company's website states, "consist in moving everything possible to clean underneath it." when I asked the cleaner to pull the stove and refrigerator forward to clean behind, she told me, "No, she would not do that." I told her to call her boss, which she did. She spoke in Spanish and told her boss of my expectations. She continued to say that this was a deep cleaning service, and it was her second cleaning for the day. After an offer was made to move the kitchen items so she could clean, however, she told her boss something totally different, stating that I did not want her to move anything now, and she left my apartment. Afterward, I called and spoke with the gentlemen who I booked the cleaning appointment with and explained the situation. He said he would call me back after speaking to his representative. The gentlemen called me back saying, unfortunately, the cleaning could not continue for today because the cleaner was not available. I informed him that the cleaner was here in my apartment. She left because she did not want to move the items as directed per the instructions on their website. Never would I book with this company again!"
