"I have made three separate calls to this company (3/30/2018 - spoke to Donna; 4/4/2018; 4/9/2018) and was told on the the 30th and the 9th that I would be called back so that an appointment can made for someone to visit the location and give me an estimate. It has been 9 days since I made the last phone call and I have not yet received a phone call from anyone. I was hoping to get the same service that the other comments have expressed because I have 6 other locations that I wanted quotes for but I wanted to see the quality of the service at the first location."

"This company is AMAZING! My tenant is a hoarder and we found out after bed bugs were coming into our apartment from the ventilation system. It was a nightmare and a very difficult situation because my tenant refused to let anyone in. They were very patient, earned her trust, and made her house look brand new. What I really liked about them is that they have a background in extermination so they were also able to exterminate the entire building.
