"i chose the basic cleaning package. when the rug came back looking the same, i sent them an image and expressed that the rug didn't seem cleaner. the guy said "well you should've chosen the deep clean." ??? GEE WILLIKERS it would’ve been nice to have this information beforehand. maybe if there was some kind of trusted carpet cleaning business, they could advise me on what cleaning package i should get based on their assessment, possibly even before accepting payment for a lesser process they know won’t work. the solution offered was “well if you want it cleaned i’m still gonna charge you the total amount for the package you should’ve chosen before.” 10/10 life changing service."
