"I went to BV nails on Erie Blvd. after going to the BV nails in camillus many times. I went in for a gel manicure but wanted to change to a dip manicure. The nail tech did not clean, soak or clean up my cuticles at all. She just went right to dipping them. These look awful, feel dirty and overall am pretty disappointed. I attempted to contact them to tell them my experience and the first response was “did you tell them you wanted your cuticles done?” I have never had to explicitly ask for that service when getting a manicure. I would not recommend."

"These are my nails on the second day after getting them done my Nina in BV. She filed the top layer of my fragile nails with machine for some reason, which is unnecessary and damaging, barely cleaned up the cuticle (even I had to point out to the obvious). Also, she just added her tip without asking me whatsoever which is just rude. 2 stars just for the appearance of the salon."

"The place was beautiful and clean but the nail tech sliced my cuticle to the point it was gushing blood. I got a gel manicure and it lasted me a week. Usually it’s supposed to last as long as 3 weeks. It even left my nails looking brown colored. I spent $36 for my nails to look nice for all of one week while my cuticle continued to gush blood."

"My sister is a regular at this establishment, and her nails always look wonderful coming out. Today I decided to give it a try and get a simple gel manicure. The woman who took care of me was extremely nice and gentle- unfortunately though my nails look terrible, there's paint all over my fingers past the nails and I'm honestly so upset that I just spent $50 on something that I could've done a better job on myself at home. This was my first visit and I think it's safe to say it'll be my last. Just so upset."
