"Did a fill, came in as a walk in and was seen within 15 minutes. The tech was very kind and thoughtful in how she managed a sensitive finger due to an injury! Highly recommend! Plus love my nails, the shape & color! No complaints!"

"Really awful manicure experience. I had Tasha who did a really uneven job with nail polish and after trying to dry it for 20 minutes came over and told me it was dry, when very clearly it was still tacky and was too thick that it would never dry fully. I told her this and she said it was “normal” so when I put my shoes on and it scratched off she screamed multiple times “this is normal that’s normal polish.” They didn’t offer a discount or anything, I paid full price for two nails that were scratched off and I’ll have to go home and take it all off anyways. I’m never coming back here."

"Inconsistent. Very nice inside, points for being able to book online bc that is super convenient but the techs are inconsistent in my opinion. I’ve been probably 10 times at this point, but this is my first review. I made an appointment last week and I requested a tech based on what I could gather from reviews. On arrival, I had to go with whoever was available bc she wasn’t available for my time slot (they did call to tell me but I missed the call). I think who I had was named Trish or Trisha and she lacked attention to detail. When I asked her to correct things she seemed annoyed. The paint was super far away from my nail bed and you could still see nail on the sides. Unfortunately two days later, it had chipped. I haven’t done anything like dishes either. "I am not one to complain about it Jung’s but todays experience at BV nails did not sit well with me. I had Kayla and had the most terrible experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. She was extremely rude throughout my experience. At one point, she didn’t feel my arm was in the correct spot for her so she pulled my entire arm and had to be told not to touch me like that. She also did my nails the way she wanted because it “looked better.” I didn’t even care because I wanted to get away from her. After this encounter, I spoke with the manager and nicely explained what this encounter was like and he simply said “sorry about that.” Getting mine and my daughters nails done isn’t something we need to do, but like to do together. However, I will happily spend my money else where."

"This review is solely on the nail tech “Hanson” 1. He did not ask me if I wanted my nails cut down, and was mad when I asked him to cut down my nails after he dipped them. THEN he cut them down wicked short in spite. 2. He didn’t clean my cuticles. He was extremely rough the entire time and was nothing short of rude. He was very very rough pulling my hands. 3. This is how I walked out of there. This is how he did my nails and proceeded to charge me $42. 4. Once I asked him to fix my nails he got a wicked attitude and didn’t even fix it. Livid does not describe it"
