"As soon as I confirmed my appointment through Asurion, George from ubreakifix called me to confirm my appointment which very much impressed me. I then dropped my phone off and was pleased to find out the replacement screen was an OEM Apple screen and not a cheap one! George was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite during the process. George even offered to install a new screen protector for me (which I had forgotten to bring my own and didn’t take his offer.) I thought this was over the top service. Thank you Asurion and ubreakifix it for a smooth repair process! The screen was only $29 with insurance for a $360+ repair without insurance! Would highly recommend this store for any tech repairs. "Edited from 5 to 1...cheaper to buy new phone than fix old phone , paid $100 for new battery w/1yr warranty (lol) that wouldn't charge above 1 percent! They wanted to check charging port for additional $$$$ that warranty DIDN'T COVER ! ..Got new phone and they were to transfer from old to new and they kept new Sim card when putting old SIM card in new phone ...questioned 3 times about new SIM card and treated me like I was Stupid and kept new SIM card ...learned a $100 wasted leason"

"I just got a new Google Pixel 8 a few days ago. The phone came out of my pocket and hit the concrete floor in the shop as I was getting into a vehicle. The corner of the screen broke and it had a couple small cracks across the screen. I came in and thinking they had to order the parts. I was very surprised to find out they had a replacement right there and could get it done in less than an hour. I broke and got my phone fixed in the same day. I'd recommend coming here.
