"Came by in July for an oil change and safely inspection, my inspection was refused because I wasn't due until August, tried in August and couldn't do it because of alternator problem finally in October I speak to the new manager who says come back after 2:00 and I'll get you in... He promised me excellent service from here on out I get there just before 2:00 and now it's first come first serve and I'm sitting waiting already 20 minutes with an empty bay. So first they refuse the service and then make me wait to make it right!"
