"i was new in town and wanted to try a local shop with good reviews but my experience did not match that of those writing the 5 star reviews very rude people attempted to have my car serviced here they ask for cash up front without a quote or any signed paperwork to do such important work retroactively changed my tow fee from 50 to 75 and argued when i mentioned it left my car at a neighbor's house with the keys in the ignition after i decided to have it returned to me and serviced elsewhere after talking to locals about it they said they dont know what theyre doing and to go elsewhere one claimed they cleared a car with a busted head gasket saying it had no problems"

"They seem to be super busy these days and doesn't seem to have much time for walk-ins anymore. Now, it has to be on specific days and specific times. Still nice people for the most part. Although the receptionist had a rude tone to her and even questioned if I was sure I bought the right part. Not as in "we want to save you money" kind of way. It was in that, "you better not waste our time" kind of tone. It was very off-putting. Needless to say, I didn't have them do the work because the days and times they told me I need to come in, didn't work with my schedule. Very disappointing with how they're handling things as of late. Especially knowing how they used to be. Which was great."

"Had low tire pressure one morning. Stopped at 3 different gas stations and the air machine wouldn’t put air in. All 3 places took air out of tire. Even had associate at one place try to help and did the same for her. Stopped at Ellman’s and they looked at my tire right away and didn’t charge."

"We got a tire loose and rolled to the ramp in the highway one hour before Erie in Dec 23 2022. It was a severe storm hit buffalo and all regions along the Lake Erie. The weather was really terrible. We were so lucky having G.B towing and Ellman’S garage helping us fix everything. These guys are experts and being so efficient! Thanks so much. God bless you!"
