"The property management were very responsive. Two of the bed mattresses were Flat and needed to be replaced. They were not replaced while we were there so we were reimbursed $450.00. The couch that was broken was replaced while we were there. The top two apartments were lovely and well appointed. The first floor apartment was not finished. No closet rod to hang clothes and the door were not installed. There were no towel bars, no hooks and no shelves for clothes. The toilets were installed so close to the wall that adults could not use them. Knee room from toilet to wall 8 inches !! The building needs a lot of repairs and is in a poor area. It was close to a trail that lead to the falls."

"The experience was ok. The house had its share of issues though. for one it doesn't feel like its in the best part of the neighborhood. It didn't feel safe at least initially. There were multiple holes in the walls. One of the upstairs showers didn't have the trim ring around the water lever. There were black ants everywhere too. I also think that the property description is a little misleading as far as how far away it is from the falls area. There was no way we could walk to the falls from this house. I would find another place to stay if I were coming back to Niagara."

"The Gorge View Villa is in a great location. We were able to walk to the aquarium and Niagara falls is only a 5 min drive. The driveway fits three cars so we didnt have to worry about parking. The house was great for our large group of relatives, enough beds for everyone. Linens and towels were provided, as well as toilet paper, hand soap, and body wash. The seven bedrooms are great include firm mattresses and pillows. The upstairs bathrooms are modern and spacious. One downstairs bedroom has windowpane doors, where it would've been nice if it had curtains to black out the living room lights. The downstairs bathrooms are modern but a little tight, my knees were touching the wall while sitting on the toilet. The two kitchens are clean and modern and include microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker but do not include automatic dishwashers. The location, parking, beds, and baths far outweigh the disadvantages mentioned above. I recommend the Gorge View Villa for groups of 10-14, this house is in an amazing location and it fit the needs of my group of relatives."
