Reviews
"It is a beautiful place. The water is beautiful and their is a nice view. You can swim in the lake."
"(This review is more specifically about Vitale park) There isn't any trash cans, and no one seams to do anything about the abundance of boats with people (many of which are drunk) in the water in the sandy area, where there is plenty of signs that say "no swimming", and I'm pretty sure there's also no boats allowed there as well, this is especially bad on Holliday weekends, making fishing and enjoying your time here hard, and fishing here is ok, but I hardly ever catch anything, which I think has alot to do with the amount of people and boats. Though considering all of that the park is fairly clean so I will give it 2 stars"
"Great place for walks, kayaking, a hot day dip in the water or just a nice family picnic. Can't go wrong spending some time there."
"It's a nice but shallow lake. Boat traffic is not too bad, with many hanging out near Vitale Park and swimming on sunny summer days. I have yet to catch any fish, but am told the Pike fishing is good and I saw a very good sized Large Mouth caught from shore in two foot of water."
"The lake is absolutely gorgeous. Wonderful for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and just about everything else in between. Just have to watch out for the people who own houses or cottages on the lake. A majority of them are the type of people who believe the earth revolves around them and that they are better than everyone else who doesn't own a home on the lake. Condescending doesn't even begin to describe them."
