"Our friend has an above the ground pool that was so dirty we decided to visit Diamanti to ask advice on how to get it clean. The woman who helped us was beyond helpful! She took the time to explain to us what settings to turn the filter to to get it clean and recommended the products to purchase to help in our efforts. Even when we got back to the pool we called her back again for more guidance on what to do and she was so patient and kind to talk us through everything again as we were sitting in front of the equipment. I would definitely go back here for any pool supplies and resources we’d need in the future. Photos are before and after shots of the pool with the help of her expert knowledge."
"I had an appointment to have my pool opened last Friday. So, I planned my day accordingly. They were doing work for my neighbor, and were supposed to come to my house after They finished there. I called the morning of the appointment to confirm, and get an approximate time. I was told it would be later in the afternoon, and I would get a call an hour before they come over. NO call, NO show. I called back late afternoon, NO answer. I left a message. NO call back. Im sure they are busy, but this is just rude, and inconsiderate. My time is valuable too."
