They have all of the info on our pool and still make errors with products they suggest to clean our pool, causing it to look worse and waste money. We have been using them for years and this has been a continous problem. Their staff needs to be better trained. We've been coming here because the location is convenient for us but we will be taking our business elsewhere even if we have to drive further."
