"Great place, I ve been there for years, beautiful atmosphere, but there is one person who start working there not long ago who s kind of weird, his name is Cory, I understand his job is to maintain order in the place, but sometimes he just act abnormal, they have a program for people with disabilities and one of the individuals had a costume on ready for his play, he was waiting in the waiting area to be called in, Cody walked to him and ask him to take his mask off. He also attack verbally one of the guest of one of the program ,he even at some point start analyzing his personality, and make judgment based on what he feels. There is a recording of the incident which I can post if needed . I just love the place so much that I don't want to have a bad reputation because of one person who just think he can do what ever he wants, "try to avoid him as much as you can". they had an other guy before him I can't remember his name we never had a problem with."

"This poor rating is based solely on the lack of customer service. I felt attacked by an employee when trying to enter into the space for rehearsal today. To enter into the building you must enter a code for your group's organization. It was not clear to me what code I should enter for the company who I was rehearsing with on this particular night. I proceeded to knock on the door and an employee (Spencer) came out and abruptly told me to read the sign as he pointed in the direction of where I should be looking. He later proceeded to call his supervisor to report me because I asked him for his name. I'm guessing he thought I would make a complaint. Good customer service takes a business a long way. I truly hope this is addressed as I love the studios and location. I simply do not want to feel attacked by a front desk associate for not understanding how to enter the space."

"I use this space for rehearsal. I love it and my team does as well. The Staff are respectful and reliable. They respond in a timely manner as well as cater to your specifications. They always ensure that others exit the space when its your time and cleans after each session. Payments are easy to do and its simple reserving space. Its a popular spot so I would recommend booking way in advance."
