"BUYERS BEWARE!! What a disappointment, this business sells used stuff and to top it off, I had one of their salesmen help me pick out the lag bolts for a deck stairs project, which I was assured would be correct. They were way too long and way overpriced. Low and behold when I tried to return the lags bolts, that I never even opened, the manager opened the package and stated these are used, we can't take them back. This means someone else returned them and YOU resold them to me! This is not the first time I have tried to return items I didn't use and they refused, but gave them too many chance to make things right. In the future, I will be happy driving 20 miles to Lowe's to get any and all project stuff I need! This includes the Wayland store right up the street from me, convenience is not all it's cracked up to be. I threw the package out at the store so be wary of them trying to restock to sell to unsuspecting customers! If I could rate ZERO STARS, I would!"
