They know they are the professionals and go above and beyond to really try to help you in any way they possible can. 12/10, as long as I live near here I will never go anywhere else for insurance claim damage or out of pocket damage. I've unfortunately had to do both but because of FBM, I have been fortunate enough to get my vehicles fixed and know that the work would be top notch quality. They didn't charge the girl who hit me an arm and a leg, in fact the actual bill was a third of the estimated repair cost. He's amazing at what he does and everyone in the shop is super friendly.
