"I would rather walk barefoot on glass to my destination then fly this inept carrier. FIRST YOU WILL NOT SAVE MONEY flying this circus carrier, they have sooooo many added fees that a major carrier will end up much cheaper! Secondly, ZERO customer service! No phone number to call, NOTHING! Agents are absolutely atrocious, miserable and lack human decency! Third, if you miss your flight for whatever reason they DO NOT have agreements with other carriers to rebook you, YOU MUST be booked on their airline which can take DAYS! Not even sure how the Dept. of Transportation and Congress are not investigating this scam of an airline. You've been warned!"

"Awful. Every Frontier representative I’ve dealt with at the Syracuse airport has been nothing short of rude. Not to mention the sneaky extras you are charged for if you don’t read the fine print. $25 to check-in and another $25 for a boarding pass, yes a boarding pass. So an extra $50 because I didn’t use my phone for early check-in. Ridiculous- never again."

"Crooked, shady, even crimal in some of the business practices. They were $40 cheaper than any other flights, but that was before the $15 charge to get your ticket from an agent, the $60 for a carryon, the$60 for luggage. Or $30 to choose your seat! Then they canceled my flight, and after that, in order to get my money back for the service they failed to provide, I need to download a form so I can request it in writing? And the cherry on top they do not have a customer service phone number to call when you do not get your money back for the services they fail to provide! If less than 1 star was possible, I would given them that! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Frontier airlines would not process a refund when my flights were canceled due to travel restrictions in March 2020 from Covid-19. They forced me to take a flight credit, and the subsequently canceled the flights I rebooked with that credit for December 2020. I once again requested a cash refund and they will not deliver saying now they can’t give me a cash refund for a flight credit. These are all ridiculous excuses to keep customer money without delivering any services during an extremely difficult year. Terrible service, terrible airline, I would not recommend."
