"We do things on a budget. If we can't afford to do a project, we wait until we feel comfortable. This is the reason why Steve Khanzadian and crew have pulled up in front of our modest home at least once a year for the last six years (maybe more). Many of the projects (the kitchen and laundry room) required major electrical, plumbing, redesigning, carpentry work and flooring. Steve took care of everything. We never had to worry about who to call or anything else for that matter. Other projects that Steve and crew tackled included an outdoor shed with barn door, cedar lattices, outside and interior door replacements, replacement of a fire place mantle, window replacement, installation of appliances and sinks, plaster and drywall repairs, and a bathroom remodel. But not only is Steve professional and a wealth of information, he's personable. I mean, renovations can be a disruption, but in Steve & Company's case, it's like having some friends hang out for a few days. Dave and I both look forward to seeing them again. Before I close however, I need to caution you just a bit. If you think that Steve will do a job half-a**ed to save some money or cut corners to keep the job, he won't. He does things right. So without going on and on, I'll close by saying that we highly recommend Steve Khanzadian Construction."

"We had several plumbing and electrical issues that needed resolving, as well as ductwork installed above the stove to vent to an exterior wall. We called and interviewed several local people to fix these issues, and none seemed to have a full handle on everything involved. I then called Stave Khanzadian of SK Professional Repairs and Remodeling to do some minor repairs and what I would call mid-level construction. I can't say enough about the quality of work perform by Steve and his crew, and I highly recommend SK Professionals if you want any construction job done around the house. SK Pro has a fully equipped van, which means he doesn't have to run to Home Depot to buy a low quality part they most other contractors don't have on hand. He has all the tools and all the standard fittings and outlets needed to complete a job quickly and efficiently. When the JennAir downdraft electric oven failed, we needed a replacement oven. With downdraft ovens no longer available, we were forced to buy a traditional slide-in oven. A lack of venting to the outside is problematic in the summer, and not acceptable in the winter... especially when self-cleaning the oven. Steve and his crew installed ductwork from the microwave vent above the oven to an exterior wall in short order, with no mistakes. He also corrected wiring errors, and patched up drywall that was not finished properly. Finally, the capstone of the work, was encasing the ductwork in a solid oak cabinet, with proper angles and cuts to fit above the existing cabinetry. After fixing a major plumbing backup in the kitchen sink, Steve also recommended updated sink and garbage disposal unit, and professionally installed them. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and the knowledge of the entire crew at SK Pro. I highly recommend them for your household projects, big and small. PS. I forgot to mention that Steve was the president of the local homebuilders association, as well as having hosted a radio talk show about building projects with a live question and answer session."
