"They did extra work without confirming with me and misquoted me. They tried to charge me 1600 after a 700 quote. They did a good job and got worked down on the price so stay diligent about what is being done and maybe get a written quote. He seems apologetic and it’s a busy shop which is a good sign"
"Took my Jeep to Walt's for the first time this week and am more than happy with the communication and service provided. I provided a bit of a laundry list of issues/routine maintenance I thought was needed and after inspection the shop went over with me what did/didn't need repair/replacing and why. Other less trustworthy shops may have taken me for a few more bucks and I would have been none the wiser. Very happy with the work done; it drives just like it did when I bought it years ago. Everyone I spoke with was polite and kind. Definitely plan on returning in the future when my wife and I need our vehicles serviced!"
