"Employees are rude. Sitting in the store with their children acting like you coming in is an inconvenience to them and their dayz watching TV or playing video games. Their prices are equivalent to all the other stores around that have a much higher standard of professionalism. Used to be my favorite and now I avoid it"

"I have really bad social anxiety and would avoid going to the bigger places like the Rez unless I had a buddy because I'd be pushed into sales, but not at Big Woods. They treat you like a close friend or family. Started a new habit since my job was stressing me out so much, and figured I'm a grown women, so why not try it out anyway. Went to the gas station but didn't really know what I was getting into and everything felt really intimidating and the workers were kinda pushy. My mother caught wind of me trying new things out (even though I'm a grown woman) and recommended to Big Woods. Working overnights is really hard to do anything, most other places don't actually open on time and waiting in a parking lot for hours is a waste of time, but not at Big Woods! They opened ture to their start time and greeted me warmingly that they had to set up first. Walking inside for the first time I was welcomed into the shop by a male and female around my age and told me off the bat where everything was. I explained how I'm new to all this and gave examples of what I've tired or liked. They were super informative and polite. I didn't feel judged, or silly. While I browsed the selection we all engaged in casually conversation and shared stories. It was nice talking to people at a shop who weren't blazed out of their mind, or pushing me to buy things. I The staff were excellent and the selection was enough to have fun browsing, with my multiple times going it always fun as the selection changes a bit so often, at the time of this review I've been to this location 4 times over the span of a month and I'm never going anywhere else. "BEWARE!! Rip off store! I went to this store for my medical needs and we agreed on the price for a 28g. Ended up getting only 19 grams instead. I spoke with the owner and he isn’t helpful at all. He refused to fix the mistake or honor our agreement. Keep your eyes out for those two new employees that is ripping off customers for their needs."
