"I always have great service at this store. The staff takes their time to help me find what I need and make recommendations for new things to try. They also usually have in stock the accessories I need and if they don't, they find a work around for my existing tanks. Love this store!"

"Don't bother coming here right when they "open" because no one will be there. This has happened multiple times, and again today, where we have had to wait in the parking lot because no employees were there even though they were supposed to be open. Today we waited in the parking lot for over 10 minutes at open and there wasn't a soul in sight, so we left. Hemp City next door had their Open sign lit and the lights on inside but had the door locked so we could not enter to inquire about the employees at Wet Vapes - again, well after they were supposed to be open. The employees at Wet Vapes are rarely friendly and welcoming and act completely uninterested. I wish the people here actually ran this store like a business."

"I've been going here for the last 8 years. Although the circumstances have changed in it's business model due to continuing FDA regulation, the people are awesome. Vanessa (Current District Manager) has been there forever and is always pleasant. I went there yesterday during a visit to Mavis to get some new tires and got to relive a little bit of vaping history with Chad, who I also know through a friend of a friend. He's a great guy. Very personable and reserved. Their products are always of good quality and reasonably priced. I love going here from time to time."
