"I was willing, able and ready to spend over $600 for a new pool motor I was told to bring my motor in as they maybe able to fix it and save me money. I brought in on a Monday and got it back 2 days later on Wednesday fixed and paid just a fraction of a new pool motor! Thats what I call, "Looking out for people" They will get my business all the time!"

"Terrible service. I called to set up a service appointment, and the response was, "I'll see what I can do". I called back a day later for when the appointment would be, and the response was, "I have to see with the service team". I call back again two days later asking the same question, and the latest response was, "I have to talk with the service team, they are off today. I will give you a call back". To no surprise, no call came. So I opted to look elsewhere/fix problem myself since no help was coming from American Pool Supply. If only that was the end of it.... Randomly, they show up several days later at my door unannounced, saying saying they're here to take my pool pump (which wasn't even the service I wanted), and I told them I didn't need the service because I was never told there was any service to begin with. The man, which I believe is the owner, passive-aggressively responded and walked away. All of this on top of my wife calling to have them clean the pool a month ago and she has yet to get a call back, ironically."

I'm a new pool owner and on both occasions, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions about even the most basic maintenance. Additionally, they never tried to sell me things I didn't need, and were very honest in their product advice. I would never go anywhere else."
