"My company rented a reefer trailer from these thieves for years. We ended up purchasing the unit and paying exactly what we were invoiced. All of the sudden they have started harassing my accounting department with threats and all saying we owe them $800 but cannot explain or produce the proof. They keep claiming they used a credit but there is no credit and they cannot show us where they used the credit. This company will harass you and threaten you with things they cannot back up. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I'd say their harassment has been going on for about 4 months now. We paid them just to make the harassment stop, but I am now making sure anyone and everyone I can knows to GO ELSEWHERE."

"Purchased 320 Kobelco from rental fleet. Hot mess when it showed up! United Rental Branch Manager gave his word they would fix everything. We both made a list of repairs. Took it back in after season and 5 weeks later, we were told they did not store equipment for customers and asked us to remove it. The only thing done was seat removed, and lens' removed. Coos Bay, OR branch manager Rafael Valadez Now our excavator has no seat that fits and we are supposed to be going to our next job. I tried to get a district manager name or number and was told NO!! They will call me. Been a couple days and I'm still waiting."
"I received verification verbal and in writing today May 9 2019 the money was refunded April 18 2019 One of the checks was returned money credited. 30000.00 still isn't back in my bank appears no fault to United Rentals. Still I had a horrible experience by United Rentals Several departments. I was paying for equipment for a client. The money cleared my account March 29 2019. I was treated as if I was imposing on the staff. I received messages by way of my finance manager to call and clarify I wrote the checks. I did that still to be treated as though I was in the wrong. We are working on a project in America. Bottom line this company tried to make it my fault for the non credit of account. As of April 12 2019 United Rentals sent a message they don't take third party checks. Then why did they not immediately return the money without blaming me for their own actions? I often pay for services to others regarding a client needs. I even had BOFA call United Rentals as United Rentals said the money is in the account. This is very unprofessional of United Rentals. United Rentals I don't own your business. United Rentals I certainly wouldn't want to be part of your business if this is how you treat potential future customers or current customers. I am a business with a license. I have to conduct my business by law."
