"The last time I took my dogs here was over a year ago. We usually have them shaved close, but this time I wanted something different. I told the girl that was taking them back that I only wanted them bathed & trimmed (as she was shoving food in her face). When I arrived to pick them up, they were shaved close. I didn't say anything b/c what's the harm? Fast forward a year or so, I called to make an appointment and I spoke with Jeff. Jeff argued with me about: not being there for over a year( and?), the prices have gone up and that will effect me(I would have been fine with that), my dogs were shaved the last time I brought them b/c they were probably too matted (not that anyone mentioned that to me at the time!). I asked Jeff if he was planning on scheduling an appointment for me or if he was just going to argue with me. Jeff didn't have a quick enough response for this, so I made the decision for him. Bottom line, Fuzz Butz missed out on at least $140 plus a $20 tip(per dog) b/c they can't hire someone with manners to answer the phone, among other things! I work for a vet and when asked, "do you know of a good groomer?" I tell them, "I know of a bad one!""

"I would have given negative stars it i could. I would never take my dogs (back) here. I had high hopes my Havanese would have been properly groomed due to the photos and a few good reviews. Sadly no. My dog was shaved to nothing. Every part of her was shaved including her tail and face. Right to the skin. With a few cuts on her skin even. She was so scared she tried to hide in the car on the way home and hid for several days later. Spoke with 4 other dog owners since who said the exact same thing. Their dogs were all trimmed down to the skin. I have yet to meet an owner in person who said they had a good experiance here. Also met another person who said their dog wasn't sjaved, but the trim was horribly uneven. They had to go someplace else to have it fixed. Said it was like the person never trimmed a dog before. Also said the dog was Completly traumatized. Do not take your dogs here. Like I said I have yet to meet someone who actually had a good experiance here."
