"2 stars only because their location is convenient and the female employee was friendly and knowledgeable. A friend recommended me to go there. He said good people ran the place. Please help me understand why a 1.75 liter of Jim Beam is $43. That's all. I would give a 5-star rating if the price was 28-32 dollars like everyone else sells it for. Maybe other product prices are fair but Beam is my drink of choice. Sorry."
"Nice shop, nice selection, including some very nice whiskeys. It also has a high end wine section with some very nice options. I wish the liqueur/sherry/aperitif selection was better, but they're a fairly new store and I can't imagine the cost of stocking what they already have, much less some extras I'd like. It's certainly worth a visit."

"Reopened after former proprietor passed away. Nice set up. Only wine store in Scotia. Nice people on staff! The only downside is the selection is reduced. They previously had a large selection of South American wines. Now very few. But that is a small kvetch. It is GREAT to see this store open again and I will go often!"
