"The times that I have felt lazy and didn't feel like going to west 7th street to get my wine there, I will drag myself to this establishment where I instantly feel like I'm a celebrity because all eyes are on me and I even get my own personal wanna be sommelier following me around! They're quick to ask me if I need help even though I've yet to look at what they have. Suggestions are freely given even though I never asked for it and I feel like if I move an inch, the wanna be sommelier moves with me. It's like they don't trust me as a customer. Maybe they think I'm going to steal from them? I mean that does explain why I have a shadow behind me as I walk around the store, watching what I'm touching and wishing that I would just make a purchase and leave. Joking aside, I don't know what past trauma they endured where they feel like some of their customers should get one on one unneeded attention but it's just creepy and sad. And I'm not the only customer who has felt this way. Unfortunately you're only seeing the reviews from people that, chances are, they are familiar with. Because regular clientele feel a whole lot different than what they're stating here."
