"Stopped by on a trip from NJ to NYC in search of Willow Jane Decadence. This is a small batch release and very difficult to find. It’s normally priced at $120 but The Wine Gallery had it priced at $199 due to the high demand. I searched high and low and it was pretty much sold out everywhere so I picked up two bottles. It’s my favorite sweet bourbon so it was worth it to me. Wish the price was not so high but that’s the way of supply and demand. Nice variety of spirits and wines overall."

"The wine galley is a convenient store located in Chelsea on 6th avenue. The space is pretty small and tight so it is not that easy to navigate inside the shop. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. The place seems to have a local following. In the 5 minutes I was in there, 3 customers seemed to know the owner quite well which made it have a nice atmosphere. They had some interesting bottles of spirits. The staff was friendly and asked if I needed any help twice which was nice. In comparison to the other liquor stores in the area I think this one has a great Scotch selection."
