"I just want to say that don't usually have a problem when I come in to Consumers. Yesterday I was dropping of my cans/bottles and I had at least 40-50 cents worth of Rock Star cans. I set up all my Rock Star cans into the boxes and the girl that waited on me tried to tell me that those didn't get money back. I usually do get money back and I was in a hurry to get to work, so I just left them. I just wanted you to be aware that she was doing this."

Second: the guy at the counter decided to share his hatred of the music that was on (without being asked) and how much he couldn't stand the song that playing. Workers were all grumpy and unfriendly. Unprofessional staff. Similar awkward experience again so we won't be back."
