"Great store! I had a very specific, hard to copy key. It was also a holiday so many places were closed. I called them and they confirmed they could copy my specific key, and for a great price. (They also had a nice selection of colors and designs too although I didn't explore too much.) Customer service was also polite, and I was in-and-out in about 5 minutes with my new key copies. If you need keys, come to this place!"
"The most random store but they literally have everything lol. From copying keys to selling air conditioners, they have it all."
"The staff here are always helpful, they have a little bit of everything, a very practical stock of stuff. It's also kept will organized."
"One of the oldest hardware store in The area. Only negative-no parking. Perfect customer service, A wide range of products. Match all requirements of religious orthodox jewish community. Have mikve kelim on spot . Also make keys. Prices surprisingly good. Items I need found cheaper than on amazon. Nice workers perfect customer service. Highly recommended"
"DO NOT COME HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The owner is VERY DISRESPECTFUL, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT JEWISH. I sometimes go in to make keys, and I usually need to come back 2-3 times because the owner makes mistakes and the keys don’t work. Also, I sometimes have to pay $3-5 for each key, which definitely seems like a scam. When I have returned to ask the owner to fix the incorrectly made keys, he is always very nasty about it and tries to turn the blame back onto me. Very disappointed in the TERRIBLE customer service and SUBPAR quality of work."
