"If I could I would put 0 star instead of one because I bought two AR COOK Expreso machines in Macys Store the two machines never worked, I made a warranty claim from September 2023 and they respond the first email that it will take some time to resolve the warranty claim but it’s been more than five months and they ignore my warranty claim emails. This company is a joke. I’ll never buy anything from this company ever again!"

"This company is a sham. Placed order online - never shipped product. Emailed to get order shipping info - never responded. AVOID!!!!"

"I purchased 1.8L Glass Electric Kettle in Nov.2021 it stops working after 5 months, I contacted Art and Cook in May of 2022 for warranty, someone replied my email in Nov. 2023, that is over 18 months, then no action and response after that. Do you want to purchase anything from this company?"

"I recently purchased a striped marble lazy susan. When received it was broke in several places. I tried to contact Art and Cook with no success. I then filed a complaint with paypal with pics of it still wrapped in plastic where it was broke. They too denied me a credit. Worst customer service I have ever received."

"This company is horrible! I ordered silverware from them that they said was dishwasher safe. It wasn't and is now a completely different color. I contacted customer service. They initially responded to my email and then they ignored me. I reached out several times. No response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PS: The only reason I gave them one star was because Google required me to do so."
