"Hello, this is about the 10th time I’ve reached out. Three tickets later and no callback. I called the store and they need me to speak to a manager that’s never there. I received the wrong Xbox consul for Christmas. Obviously Christmas was well over a month ago. Been pretty patient but now I just wanna refund. My kids mom bought him a PS5 because this was taking so long. I lost Christmas already, so I just want a refund. Please advise, Sheldon"
"I just called to follow up with the Manager about a delivery that never showed up. When I asked when he would be available, his staff was quite rude and literally refused to answer me! So far they have sent me defective furniture, refused to give me a full refund, then the redelivery was 2 hours late (which made me have to cancel after it already made me late for work), then the second redelivery never showed up. I definitely should have read the other reviews more closely, it seems."
