"Went in for a simple strep test as I have been sick for a week now and it took them an hour to read my test after it was administered! And the nurse was very rude when I kindly asked what was going on bec I felt like they forgot about me in the patient room. So now I need to waste more time in my day when I feel like garbage to go get a second opinion! Will never go back there, I would not trust anyone’s judgement here"

"Marked my visit as workers comp in April of 2023. It was not workers comp and never should’ve been filed that way. I haven’t been able to get in to see a Dr because of it (nobody wants to deal with workers comp) and have had multiple fights with billing and my insurance. Now I have permanent damage done to my hand and a bill I can’t afford to pay… thanks a lot. Don’t ever go here."

"Arrived a 7:07pm to be seen on a night that they close at 8pm. Their response was, "We're closing early!" Not acceptable for a Urgent Care Facility."

UR is not some charity case small org, where is your PR team? Who the heck is running your team? You have some legitimately bad reviews detailing a collapse of even the most basic customer service / health care service protocols and you guys are here silent with an average score of 3 stars pathetic."

"We recently and without warning, lost our family practitioner. So I was in a bit of a pickle when my son's toe became infected. From the receptionist, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor, everyone was above and beyond, kind empathetic and helpful! They made sure to get him an antibiotic right away, and took care of all of our concerns. I highly recommend coming here! I couldn't be any more impressed!"
