"Dr. Ferraro was amazing in my experience. My experience however with the receptionist here (Laurie) lost my business. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not even a "hello". In fact I arrived on 2 separate occasions, patiently waiting to be acknowledged, as one does, and she looked at me in silence with an extended blank stare as if to say "what do you want?" So very awkward and unfriendly. I finally said "I'm here to see the Dr. Ferraro". She sighed as if bothered by my presence and replied that I had arrived for my appointment late and had to reschedule. The appointment time was literally the time written on the card they gave me. Turns out I was effectively 30 minutes late according to them. I thought, ok, these things happen. Mistakes happen. However, I asked if she could merely ask if they could see me or not. Just a simple ask. She was bewildered. Totally confounded that I had asked her to ask if they could fit me in. She couldn't bother to pick up the phone or get up and go ask. Just totally unwilling to really do anything other than reschedule me for their mistake. Sad since I really thought Dr. Ferraro was amazing but I shouldn't have to be subject to more pain just to see her."

"Wonderful practice. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I've been treated by Dr. Morris, Dr. Boev and Dr. Young. ALL VERY HELPFUL. Dr. Morris has treated me for several years and continues to find innovative solutions to help me. He goes above and beyond to help his patients. I am about to have my second surgery with Dr. Boev and know I am in extremely capable hands. As busy as he is, I never feel like I'm being hurried or unheard. He was also very honest with my husband, telling him surgery would not be an option for him. I would highly recommend these doctors and practice!"
