"We Went there at 3:36 pm were told that they closed at 3:30 PM due to the high volume of patients. When I went outside, it was my car and 1 other car, and i didn't see any patients waiting in the waiting area either. Their working hours are until 5PM, but the front desk lady refused to consider our situation altho it was severe need to be checked out."

"Front desk staff is friendly but the actual providers are condescending and dismissive. Felt like I was bothering them by coming in. Dont go here if you want to be anything more than a number"

"The doctor there, Beth Beasley, is AMAZING! I was seen immediately and Dr. Beasley really cared about how much pain I was in. I have never felt so heard at an urgent care before. Never had tonsillitis before and the medication she prescribed for it helped within 3 hours! I could barely breathe and was on the verge of tears and she really saved me today. THANK YOU DR. BEASLEY! You are a god send and are in the right profession!"

"I wish I had read the reviews before going! I have flu symptoms and since my daughter had been diagnosed with the flu....I went in for a flu test. The reception was pleasant..but the nurses and NP were short...unfriendly...and seemed to just want to get me out of there. Even though there weren't a lot of patients there! I didn't even have time to ask questions since the NP walked out of the door so fast! I was told my results from my flu test would be back in 24 hours...going on 30 hours and no results! Calling in the morning if I still don't have them! Ridiculous!!"
