"Will give 0 start if possible. The employees at MEAT department is ridiculous. I was buying two kinds of MEAT, one employee gave me one and told me the another kind are "THERE", which are two steps away, then total ignored me. I didn't understand what he mean by "THERE", then I understood a moment later , he mean I should ask the another employee for the other kind of meat because that's NOT his section. Are you serious? You don't even help customer to get the meat because it is two steps away? Should I ask 10 times if I am buying 10 kinds of meats? Owner of the business , you should let the employees at MEAT department know - they need to do their job."

"So busy full of many goodies. Unless you speak Cantonese or know what you are buying don't ever try to ask for help. Not so sanitary on many spots near fish or meat departments..."

"Non-Asian people have to understand that it’s a different culture in here. If the staff seems rude, it’s because they’re trying to work fast and not be distracted. That’s why the long lines move fast. With that said, the food here is fresh right off the trucks and unpacked straight onto the shelves. Fish, meat, vegetables are abundant and fresh. The workers are spicy sometimes but don’t take it personally. Sometimes they seem like they’re yelling at each other but it’s all in jest. Everyone is very nice especially if you’re a regular. Asian snacks are a must!!! Mom and I are loyal to this store. If you need something specific, you should take the time to look in each aisle. The workers probably won’t know what you’re asking for unless you have a picture as reference. There is a world of goods in here, explore it!"
