"not only the price is higher than other place, you will find how rude the cashiers are. They overcharge, not only once but several times. They do not refund and demand you to buy it because they said they have already enter the price in the system. Ridiculous!"
"This is smaller than their other store on 8th Avenue and it felt like whatever didn't sell in that other location was eventually brought here. The outside produce was of generally poor quality and we found out later that the grocery items we bought were near the end of their shelf life. I don't think we'll be back."
"The cashier here is extremely rude. She doesn't apologize for her miscalculation, and she glares at you and says, "I can't give you a refund!" As a customer, I felt humiliated, not treated with the respect I deserved, made other customers feel that it was my fault, and the boss didn't care, they often mischarged, and no government department could regulate them, If you want to go in and buy something, you have to stare them down"
"The buns I bought here are moldy after only a few days, and then I brought the moldy buns to their store. They refused to exchange or return. They only care about your money, not their product defects or expiration. Save your money, keep away from their stores, it's certainly no satisfaction guarantee here at all."
"What a great Chinese grocery store and seafood market. I went here looking for five spice, found it and walked through the aisles seeing all the goodies I could buy. This is great for Asian spices and goodies that are hard to find elsewhere. They have Japenese sweets and every dried snack you could imagine. The seafood looks incredibly fresh and fresh fish is pulled from tanks and prepared for you. Note: there's a $20 minimum for credit cards."
