He gave us different options to try and importantly asked what budget we were working with to ensure he respected our purchase and time. Most of the other--few!--stores were chains with not great customer service. The owner here, Jake, was not only very knowledgeable, but also patient and helpful and courteous. He also offered us THE BEST prices! Free set-up, delivery and take away and pillows included. Delivery was soon and it was fast and they took care not to damage anything.
