"I have been coming here for years and management just keeps getting worse. The bedsheets were dirty looks like old blood, thank God I brought my own spread, secondly I came in with my dogs one of them is a service dog and they claim I have 3 which was not the case instead of asking they put me on a no rent list. I only know because I wanted to extend a night, so distasteful and on top of that I have my 8 month son. I asked to speak to manager there is no manger on shift I was told until Monday 7a. Unprofessional, imagine being stranded when you are at a hotel You paid for because management sucks."
"I have used this Red Roof location three times but the third was the last! Very disappointed on the cleanliness, not to say I found roaches and bed bugs!! Never again using one of there locations and not to say when I called to book I was told both my rooms would be next to each and come to check in the rooms were not next to each other."
"THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING!!! Don't be fooled by the neighbor it's in. Walking into this place felt like walking into another dimension. The smell hits you the second you get on the elevator that looks like it's about to fall apart at entry. The entire hotel has an extremely strong odor, not sure if it's mold or old carpeting, but it needs to be fixed. I ended up sleeping in my car in the parking lot. Not to mention the horrible service. Will definitely be disputing this charge with my bank. You're better off sleeping in your car and getting dressed at a local gym."
"Always excellent service here, good rooms for the price. It is clean. If there is an issue the folks at the front desk are eager and willing to help you with a solution. Never had any issues. Stephanie at the front desk gets special mention for going above and beyond. Thank you!"
"Maybe this could be coming from comparing with similar establishments in a different area but it somehow felt like I had travelled through a time machine and landed in the early 2000s. The appliances are somewhat dated. Even the coffee machine in the foyer was broken with the label not to use it placed it on the wrong side. What I found refreshing though were the pillows labeled for the soft ones and the firm ones. The receptionist of day was quite friendly and welcoming. I expected more though considering it’s a PLUS+. Overall it’s a decent place for the price and area."
