"Can you say DUMP. That's what this place is! Save your money and look somewhere else. Expensive, poor construction, you can hear the people in the other apartments above you and the maintenance is absolutely the worst. Don't waste your money and if I could give it zero stars I would. This place is just garbage."

"We are living here almost a year now. There’s always an issue coming up since we move in. Sometimes bugs, sometimes water leak and make your carpet wet all around. One of the most annoying thing is the noise from upstairs. The floor is very old and thin, you can hear and sense whenever your upstairs neighbor walks around, and also the balcony window-door or the wall will vibrate together when they walking upstairs. Another disappointing this is about safety. There are 2 robberies happened since we move in to this neighborhood. And the management never tell this information to the residents, and never make improvements about safety of this neighborhood. We are sure that same kind of robbery will happen again and the management will do nothing. It just mentally hurtful that you have to be faced this kind of crime in your apartment and the management will ignore it, also keep it as secret from all other residents who did not see the crime scene with the police officers. It’s very disappointing."

"Hello everyone! I would give a zero star if I had that option. I’m currently living here in Fairfield Jericho Townhomes. So I want to give everyone who wants to move here an homes review. 2 days ago, our apartment got robbed while we were out for approximately 2 and half hours. I thought this is a very safe place to live. However, it is not. And the management doesn’t care your safety. After the incident happened, I learned from our neighbors that same thing happened in this neighborhood before. And the management never did action to improve the neighborhood safety. I don’t see any security cameras outside in our complex. This is the issue with safety. Besides, they do not check completely and fix everything that broken in your apartment before you move in. The day after we move in, I saw the corner of our bedroom closet was rusted by wetness. Then, there were a lot of centipedes and spiders. So we have to make our time ready to the maintenance to fix those things. These are the small things anyway, but after the robbery happened this time, I wanted to let our neighbors know and remind them to prevent it happen again, so I wrote a comment in our Active Build App’s community board which we can write any comments about our neighborhood, the management did not post my comment. Obviously, they don’t want everyone who living here to know what happened. I wrote email and told them to improve security system in the neighborhood, at least install cameras so it can prevent thieves. They didn’t respond my email. I don’t know if I am gonna extend my lease here after the term is done. I’m so disappointed. If you are looking to move into here, please think again."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE - The absolute worst management company there is (see the below reviews as well). Do not let the newly renovated units and nice pool fool you. I have lived here for 2 years with consistent complaints to the property manager over the sanitation of their garbage and waste disposal. With numerous fines from the town, Fairfield refuses to do anything to keep the garbage sanitary other than an email to the residents to dispose of garbage properly. Doesn’t work. However, it is the responsibility of the management company to provide a system for tenants to adhere by (proper garbage bins, enclosures, appropriate cardboard boxes, consistent maintenance and clean up). Numerous tenants have suggested different solutions for their violating garbage system, but they choose to make their own decisions. The amount of animals, birds, and rodents drawn to the garbage is completely obscene. Not to mention the amount of debris under our vehicles, on the sidewalk and grass, and at my front door. The garbage comes twice a week with a total of four enclosures for the entire property. They need at lease six to avoid this level of mess. Their system is clearly not working and is pushing residents out of the community. However, it seems this is how they want to do business. Not good - Very unfortunate."

"I moved here before the new management took over. I was extremely happy with the previous management, from there on time service to courteous behavior and fairness. But ever since the current management took over, all those deteriorated a great deal. Initially, I thought it was due to the transitional nature. But they remain the same. Service requests are not addressed on time. People don’t respond to phone calls and/or messages. Front office staffs are rude. In one case, their behavior to a white family in front me was very different than that of theirs with me. I think when we are a community, we must not see people differently based on race and we are one community. And it will be wrong for me to claim racial discrimination based on one incident. I would like to provide a few of facts to the top management and other authorities. I would like to provide those facts that I have witnessed and have been facing with the new management. But I wanted to check with the community as to if others are facing similar issues."
