"Went in there morning time only one other customer there needed to pay for gas employee rang up the one customer and then walked away while she could clearly see me standing there and proceeded to put stickers in sandwiches that could of been done 2 mins later if that and j told her please I need to pay for gas and be on my way and looked at me and kept doing what she was doing and then decided when she was all done that could ring me up...just wondering why this always happens with your employees why isn't cusotomer care the first service tended to??? Not happy at all been going to mobil for my gas and other needs"

"I'm in this store weekly. The manager Ellen is phenomenal! One night she was working alone and was handling both registers at once to keep the lines moving. Always pleasant and smiling. A truly hard worker! she was"

"I went into Stewart’s to have some ice cream and saw caramel , sprinkles and other toppings for ice cream on the counter accessible to customers. As soon as i picked up the caramel , a lady yelled out , ‘ the only free thing for ice creams are sprinkles , nothing else. ‘ As i was saying , well i can pay extra for the caramel, another customer yells out , no that’s free. Doesn’t hurt to be nice especially if I’m offering to pay for something that you claim is not free. Even after i said i will pay extra , she kept saying it’s for sundaes only. Everyone is stressed and has problems , does not hurt to be nice ."

"I walked in this morning and was greeted by a man, who looks like he is from corporate, yelling at his employees! There were three girls working at the time, one being the manager. To make things worse, he would not let the manager get one word in. She looked so embarrassed and on the verge of tears. I have never seen something like that happen. I do not think I will be going back to any Stewarts. I do not want to support a company that treats their employees like this."

"I stop here multiple times a week. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I love the milk card program and the milk is so fresh. I only buy ice cream here as it is real ice cream, and not "dairy dessert" as the other ice cream companies call it. You should consider a 1/2 gallon ice cream program. Buy 10 and get one free, so something like that. Thank you for all that you do!"
