"My other half and I stayed here over Christmas while visiting family locally. This place is great. It's clean, there's always someone at the desk and the breakfast/snack bar is an excellent touch. There was always parking, the interior was nice and toasty (important for the region this time of year) and it was nice to know that when we left in the morning we came back to a nice clean place. It was quiet and well maintained. I'll definitely be staying here again."

"This is a really nice hotel for the price. The location is great, close to highways and stores. The front desk attendants are very friendly. The entire place is clean and we'll kept. In the rooms, all fixtures are in working order. Not necessarily fancy, but clean and functional. For an approx $100 per night room this is more than sufficient. Breakfast options in the morning are great. Eggs, French toast, roasted potatoes, and a meat choice (sometimes bacon, sometimes sausage). They also have yogurt, 4 cereals, muffins, granola bars, assorted breads with jam, milk and almond milk, oatmeal packets, hot coffee, tea, and 3 juices (apple orange, cranberry). My favorite thing about this hotel is that they leave the non hot breakfast options out 24/7 so if you want a 2 AM muffin, you can grab one. They also have the juice machine on all the time which has been awesome. They even have fresh baked cookies at the front desk in the evening. I would absolutely book here again next time I'm visiting family in Rochester."

"The owner and employees were great. Very hospitable. Our room was a beautiful 2 room suite. One side was a very comfy king bed, the other living room with TV, fridge, microwave, and snacks to purchase. Everything was super clean!! We had a great stay and would definitely go back."

"We enjoyed the hospitality and warmth of the staff during our two-night stay. The rooms we extremely clean and comfortable and well-appointed with microwave, small fridge and a pretty comfortable bed and sitting chair. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good overall, and for a retire naval officer, the robust coffee hit the spot. I use a cane to walk and the team went out of their way to help with doors and luggage. One little thing that was kind of nice were the fresh cookies at the desk. For our needs the hotel was in a great location and easy to get in and get out of on busy Monroe Avenue. Without reservation I give the hotel and staff a 5-start review and we will surely stay again when we are next in the Rochester area."
