"7 Eleven on Park Ave Rochester New York. I will never speak to any employee in this store or buy another thing in this store ever again. Listen, I used the atm tonight & politely asked the guy at the counter if he could change 2 of my twenties into 10’s (because I wanted to use them as small gifts.) He says they don’t have 10’s, I said ok well what about 5’s for one of my twenties. He proceeded to take out the whole entire register to show me the cash in his register with a disgusting ugly disrespectful attitude saying, see there’s no 10’s nothing. I was so upset and confused why he would be so rude to me when I was never rude to him. I bought I banana and he had to service me, the change he gave me was 19 one dollars bills and a penny. I dropped the penny on the counter and he took his hand and pushed the penny away. Y’all, It’s like he wanted to fight me. I’m a black woman, so maybe he thought I would get mad and start a fight with him. Im too blessed for that. I didn’t want to be disrespectful back to him, so after my daughter paid for her stuff we left. I WILL NEVER BUY OR BRING MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO THIS SEVEN ELEVEN ON PARK AVE ROCHESTER NY AGAIN! I will use the atm because it’s free with my bank."

"The lady with the short hair that works there is absolutely awesome but today I went there and the guy working the register had absolutely no food in the case, Everytime I go there and he's working the food is old and he just sits there and does nothing. It's about 3 oclock on Nov 3 2023 and I'm just not impressed with him at all. Something needs to change. I used to work at 7/11 so I get it but make food in between customers!"

"Every time I'm in there they are mean to me. There is one older woman with lighter hair who is an absolute delight but everyone else is awful to interact with. Whoever is behind the counter always has an earbud in and will just outright ignore you. I've had several interactions where I would be charged twice, I would ask for the receipt, and they would just argue with me and refuse to give me the receipt. Tonight I had an issue using the app to pay in store and the employee just became angry and started getting frustrated and lashing out at me. I just explaining what the app said to do and he just kept telling and telling me to pay another pay. He also just ignored another woman trying to get help. This 7 Eleven is awful but I don't have a choice but to go. I just want to not be treated like garbage every time I buy something"

"This location does not have a working phone number. Go ahead and try to call it - you get a loud screeching beep. Also, they completely mess up delivery orders. I don't believe they *read* the delivery orders. They missed a soda, gave me the wrong chips, and the wrong pizza. I ordered veggie and got pepperoni, ham, and jalapeño instead. What if I were vegetarian, allergic to capsaicin, halal, or kosher?"
