"I ordered one full size bed with sofa with mattress. They forgot to deliver mattress. we need to schedule second delivery time. we hire someone to assemble the bed, and found out that they sent the frame for Queen size instead of Full size. we need to schedule third delivery time. While removing the Queen size frame, they damaged the paint of newly rented apartment. I had to pay the super $80 to patch the paint. In addition I had to pay $65 extra to the person who I hired to assemble the bed, because due to the wrong size of frame, he wasted his time. I asked Murphy Bed for reimbursement of $65 + $80, they never replied. I filed a complaint with BBB."

Working with George the buying experience was pleasant as I only had to visit the showroom once with all further communication conducted via email. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The product is high quality, both the wood and sofa material. The size is perfect for my apartment. The installation was eased by the professional installers. I customized the wall bed by adding small wooden art pieces. I used small pieces of velcro to protect the wood and ensure the artwork would remain In place. For a bedside lights I placed a pair of matching lamps on the lowest shelves on both sides. On the remaining sheleves I added personal items enhancing the overall look. I recommended this product and company for space-savers and esthetic minded folks."
