"First time at RH outlet. Great selection, but I was more impressed with the customer service that lead to walking out with two stools. Juan was exceptional from the morning call, to text messaging, to in person encounter, to hauling out our stools! He was amazing!! Will definitely return in the future!"

"Beautiful furniture, well organized space and amazing people at RH Outlet. Haven’t found my piece yet but Argenis and Dena were so helpful in answering all my questions. Will def be back regularly to check on inventory. Update: after several visits, I realized the prices are marked down 40% from the original price, not members price. Considering these are either slightly damaged, returns, and you are stuck with the color, fabric or configuration option. For me, the difference was not enough to settle for a sofa which I will use for years to come. I also spoke to other interior designers and after much research, I bought made in USA sofa elsewhere in the exact color and design I love for far less than what I expected to spend at R&H Outlet. Knowing what I know now, would I still recommend to try going out there? Maybe, just to see for yourself. Would I ever go back for any furniture? Nope."
