"I order my couch in January came in in February, I dealt with Cynthia when the couch came in it was missing the piece in between both chairs as you can see in photo. Cynthia asked us to keep couch that she would make sure in 2 weeks I would have the missing piece welllllll we are now in the middle of September no piece and now she is avoiding my calls. On top of all she is the manger. Next step is legal option if you want to save yourself a ton of aggravation I suggest you go buy your furniture else where. Horrible customer service I have no idea how they stay in buissness. Hope this review helps others out"

"we bought a couch with a sofa from your company that was supposed to be delivered within 12 weeks we received notice that the couch was going to take until March to be delivered I decided to call the company and went the store on Route 17 New Jersey and I was called back by the buyer to go to the store to talk to him. My wife and I went to the store to discuss what we can do to fix the situation after talking to the buyer he assured that we get a different model with the same foam Mattress that we discussed on the first sale we agreed but the couch will be the same we agreed and left the store When we received the couch to the surprised of the guys on the truck there was no mattress for the sofa and they could not understand why. they went to the store that's nearby my house to pick up the missing mattress to find at the mattress that you bought was not the correct one. it was a regular coil spring mattress I called up the store and advised them it wasn't the correct mattress that we agreed upon when my wife and I spoke to the buyer the first time. The Store call me back to let me know that they did order he foam mattress and they were going to bring it to the house in a few days so we was happy that the store would help. well when we did receive the mattress a few days later it was not the same mattress that we discussed it was a plain generic foam mattress and hard as a rock My wife discuss with an email with the buyer that it was not the right mattress that we agreed upon he played it off like he did us a favor and gave us a better deal with the sofa and if we buy a topper the store can compensate what we pay for it. I again went back to the store to see the mattress they have in the sofa and it was totally different we discuss it to the worker there they show me the mattress that I should have got and is not the mattress we received. I asked by your buyer to call me the next day so we could discuss this further on the phone and the next day he text me which I have him in a email that he had a family matter and that he'll call me after 11:30 in the morning which he didn't and he still has not called me.. I am very disgusted and disheartening that your company treated my wife and myself like we was garbage"

"I ordered my furniture in November 2019. Today is Thursday June 11th 2020 and I haven't received my furniture !!!! I left several emails and messages, and no one responded to my emails or messages. I reached out to the Corporate office and their phone line is inoperable. I will have to file a law suit if I don't receive my furniture soon. This is ridiculous!!!! I have never experienced anything like this."
